Who will be doing the work?
We are a team of two plumbers. CJ Bodenstein with over than 15 years experience in the plumbing, renovations and civils fields. Quentin Momberg with over 7 years experience in plumbing, maintenance and building fields.
Are you licensed?
Yes we are, COCs will be signed off after work has been completed where relevant.
Is the rate hourly or fixed?
Our callout charges are as follows:
- We have a call out fee of R250 for Winterton Area
- .For any area outside of Winterton a callout rate will be calculated and provided upon request.
- For work conducted a R450 per hour rate will be applicable.
For Renovations & scheduled work this will be quoted depending on staff required to complete task.
Some work can be carried for a fixed price or an estimate.
What are my payment options?
Payment is expected on completion of job. Depending on quote a deposit may be required. Payment is preferred by bank transfer, however credit card payments is accepted.
Do you hold public liability insurance?
Yes we do, our liability is with Xenturion and it is to the value of R1 000 000 with extended liability to the value of R20 000 000.
I have the required materials for the job needed. Can you charge me labour only?
Yes we can, we normally supply and fit ‘unseen’ plumbing like hot water cylinders and pipework, if you have the materials such as sanitary-ware, we will gladly fit them.
What areas are your services available in?
Our service areas cover, Winterton, Cathkin, Bergville, Estcourt & surrounds, as well as all areas in between these towns.
